Terms of service

feedback8 provides a written review of your resume and LinkedIn profile, a personalised placement plan and a curated list of learning and job-search resources (together, the “Report”), for a one-time fee of ₹199 per request.

The Report is advisory. It reflects the professional opinion of our reviewers and is meant to help you improve how you present yourself to employers.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, internships, salary outcomes or any specific result. Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on many factors outside our control.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and must belong to you.

The price is ₹199 per review request, inclusive of applicable taxes, payable once. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

A request is placed in the review queue only after the payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

We aim to deliver every Report within 72 hours of confirmed payment. Delays can occur during periods of unusually high demand; if that happens we will keep you informed on your dashboard. Reports are delivered digitally to your dashboard — nothing is shipped physically.

You keep all rights to the resume and information you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, read and process it solely to prepare your Report and support you. You may use the Report and any rewritten text in it for your own job search without restriction.

• Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or that belongs to someone else.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't use messages to harass our reviewers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the request concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or earnings.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
