Privacy policy

• Account details — your name, email address and profile picture, via our authentication provider Clerk.
• Review details — the resume you upload, your LinkedIn profile URL, phone number (if provided), education or employment details, target roles and any notes you add.
• Payment records — order and payment IDs, amount and status from Razorpay. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Messages — anything you send to reviewers from your dashboard.
• Technical data — basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and debugging.

• To prepare and deliver your Report and placement plan.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To show your request status and messages on your dashboard.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your request. We don't send marketing without your consent.

Your resume and details are visible only to you and to the authorised reviewers working on your request. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with employers, recruiters or advertisers.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Clerk — sign-in and account management
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Amazon Web Services — database hosting

Data is stored in an encrypted-in-transit PostgreSQL database on Amazon Web Services. Access is limited to authorised staff, admin access is password protected, and resume files are served only to authenticated owners and reviewers.

We keep your request and Report for as long as your account is active so you can return to it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we'll do so within 30 days, except for payment records we're required to keep by law.

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email support@feedback8.com and we'll respond promptly.

We use only essential cookies — to keep you signed in and to protect the service. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
